In a not so distant future, the world has succumbed to what many have fantasized about over the years -- a zombie apocalypse. Life as we know it has been almost completely wiped out, as humans are far more susceptible to the disease than any other species on the planet. The zombies are almost everywhere...

But there are survivors.

A few humans who managed to stay alive through the madness, managed to kill zombies and survive the apocalypse this far.

And since most of the humans have either turned to zombies or killed themselves, suddenly, the world seems to be a place filled by animals instead of humans. Stray dogs roam the streets, as it is rare for one of their kind to catch the zombie virus. Even some wild animals are venturing near the city, trying to snag some leftover food.

Welcome, ladies, gentlemen, animals, and zombies -- to The Panic Switch. This site is not only a roleplay for a zombie apocalypse -- but also one that allows fantasy species such as werewolves, vampires, and anthros, as well as animals such as dogs, cats, or horses.
