The Entrance.Every Animal who comes to this place begins their journey. The large steel gates open for no one; once you're in, you can't get back out. Usually, when people arrive here and realize their new bodies, they react violently, which is a reason this place is secluded by tall bushes from the rest of the land. There is a small pond where some find their new faces. All in all, because of the strong emotions that run here, this is not a place Disengagers come willingly. |

The Streets.This is a contorted version of the streets of New York or another busy city from the past world. The skyscrapers have fallen, crumbled along the remains of sidewalks that never really existed. The roads themselves are vacant since cars have never driven here. It is best to come here with a companion; the deep shadows and dark alleys are the perfect place for Soulseeks to hide themselves. Sub-boards: Central Park., Egroeg Notgnihsaw Library. |

The Hedge Maze.This giant hedge maze captures all that wander into it. The path is paved with multi-colored stones related to marble and in some spots there are tall mirrors, confusing the path before you. There are dead ends, looping paths, and images on some hedges that appear to be paths but are actually nothing but hedge. Some believe it to be attached somehow to the entrance, but none have been tall enough to see over the thirty-foot hedges. Most wander about until they meet another; others find their way out on their own much later, but Time has no concept in Disengage, so it's not like they've missed much. |

The Imaginary Room.It appears as a large black box with an easily accessible door to any species. The outside of the box takes on a different look for whomever happens to approach it for one purpose only; to lure them in. This is a place where memories of lives past run rampid. If one enters here, they will instantly remember everything they had before they met death and ended up here. This is mostly a place of tears and heartbreak, and it is avoided by many. It has also been known to drive a few unlucky creatures insane. It is frequently used to punish wrong-doers and many shy away from rule-breaking, the fear of the room is that strong. |

The Hills.Long grass grows on these hills, and some creatures come here to think about their past lives and wonder how to get out of here to somewhere better. Friendships sometimes are made here due to the warm atmosphere and overall feeling of optimism. This is one of the only places in Disengage that has a feeling of hope. Some Animals refuse to leave it, and it is not uncommon to see many creatures of different species bedding down together in the grass. |

The Mountains.This area is an area that most flee to escape the new-found horrors of this new demented form of living. At the base of it is a large lake where creatures choose to swim or simply sunbathe as they think. This, like the hills, is a place with a feeling of deep serenity. It is said that a few have compared it to Paradise, since it is so sunny and warm. Only the bravest and strongest Soulseeks venture here. |

The Darkness.This is a place where those who have fallen to the dark side tend to come. Every Soulseek starts its existance here, and the King Soulseek rules these lands. His word is the law, and he lays out extreme punishments for those rebels who stand against him. Animals are welcome here, but there is a much higher chance of running into a Soulseek in these lands than in any other. Sub-boards: Keeslous Palace., The Murk., The Dark Woods. |
